Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Collaxy ("we", "us") connects Indian brands with Instagram and YouTube creators. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.

Information we collect

  • Account info — when you sign in with Google, your name, email, and profile photo.
  • YouTube data (creators) — with your explicit consent we access read-only YouTube data (channel stats, public videos) via Google APIs, solely to build your media kit and matches. We never post, modify, or delete anything on your account.
  • Brand info — details you enter (brand name, website, city, campaign briefs).
  • Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics and error logs to keep the product working.

How we use it

  • To generate media kits, campaign plans, shortlists, and outreach.
  • To operate collaborations (messaging, deliverables) between brands and creators.
  • To secure, debug, and improve the service.

Google/YouTube data

Collaxy's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to provide user-facing features (your media kit and matching) and do not transfer or sell it. You can revoke Collaxy's access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Service providers

We rely on trusted processors to run Collaxy: Supabase(database + auth), Google (sign-in + YouTube data), Anthropic and Google Gemini (AI generation), and Vercel (hosting). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or revoke YouTube access, at any time. Email us and we'll action it.
